Once you have decided to take action an step up to a position of leadership you will have to set small, achievable goals. It has been said that goals are a roadmap to success. So when setting a goal don't be vague, be specific with details and always write down your goal with a date to reach that specific goal. Post this written goal somewhere that it will be seen 2 or 3 times a day. Once you have achieved this goal you will be one step closer to reaching your destination. Keep up the good work and eventually you will achieve the level of leadership that you desire.

In Network Marketing it is imperitive to become a leader and to help those around you to do the same. They know that when you sponsor someone it is the beginning of a proccess, a process of duplication. This leads to the birth of new leaders and the proccess continues. This is the why!
