| Life Do Not Take It For Granted |
|
Life is short, Live it to the fullest and do not take it for granted. By day life runs in a orderly fashion, Minutes pass by like water through a sieve, Spirits dance by night in cherished passion, So short is our time and our chance to live; We create our own happy family, Sorrow prevails as we draw our last breath, And one by one the limbs die on the tree, As they partake in the mystery—Death; The tree’s leaves rustle and shadows are cast, By night spirits return again to dance, Calling others to return from the past, For the time has come for a second chance: The first may be filled with pain and strife, Yet, after Death, there is eternal life.
