Like you, I started on the road to living my dreams over two decades ago. But a funny thing happened along the way...
...I began to ask, "Do dreams come true?" Everyone talked about dreams and I rarely saw people who achieved theirs.
You see, I ran into obstacles and made stupid as well as uninformed decisions that set me back numerous times.
To be honest, at no point did I ever think about giving up. It wasn't an option for me... ...even after I wasted thousands after thousands of dollars on what I thought was the next best thing to help me get results in my business.
Ha, that was a joke. Want to know why?
I wasn't running a business. It was an expensive hobby. I was filled with dreams, hope, passion and even had a plan but I never worked that plan. I kept jumping from one thing to the next.
Want to know what woke me up? The lack of money. :)
When you nearly run out of money to spend you learn that maybe, just maybe there is a better way.
Like you, I followed the crowd, fell for the hype and nearly made my life, and my children's, much more difficult than it had to be.
I took a step back, analyzed what actually worked for me and discarded the stuff that didn't. That's when I began to see an increase in traffic to my sites and in my income. It did not happen overnight. It took a lot of time and effort on my part because I had to learn how to do so many things and do them better. Would you believe the entire time I began my expensive hobby that ultimately turned into my business I was living my dreams?
I cannot sit here and tell you it was easy. It was a lot of work, sacrifice, crying, praying and anything else you would like to add. I went through some tough times.
Yet, if you were to ask me, "Do dreams come true" I would give you a resounding, "Yes!"
I would not change a thing that has happened to me while on this journey. I learned so much about me and about my purpose in life.
If you want to begin living your dreams get ready to fight for it or sit on the sideline and admire those who passionately pursue their dreams.
So tell me, "What are your dreams?"
Until next time!
