The month of July 2007 was very exciting, fun and tiring. I was put in a position where I could utilize my talents, yet it required me to give all of me.
Let me explain!
As a result of signing up with Traverus Travel, I met some wonderful people. I was asked to provide training for individuals who desired to learn how to market online using a conference call and webinar.
One thing led to another and before I knew it a site was being created, a membership area was set up, a forum was set up and an online training system was created.
My initial goal for the online training was to have a password protected area where members log in and take training. However, it was suggested that we need to hold people accountable and track their progress through the training.
That request is what led me down the Course Managment System (CMS), Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Virtual Learning Environments (VLE) path.
The goal is to provide Traverus Travel Agents with a forum where they can network with each other as well as provide online and offline training to assist them to grow their business.
